INSUFFICIENT FUNDS

There will be a $30.00 returned payment fee for all returned checks and electronic payments, plus the amount to cover the payment due. This payment must be paid in cash, cashier check, or money order. We will no longer accept payments via check from that point, payments must be submitted in one of the other payment forms.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Any customer that enters into a contractual agreement with Village Express Transportation, has a 24 hour grace period to notify us of cancellation of your contract. Cancellation cannot be verbal, for the cancellation to be valid a VET Cancellation Form must be submitted via email.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON REFUNDABLE!

PAYMENT DEADLINES AND FEES

Weekly payment must be made on Friday, prior to the week of service being rendered. Payments made after Saturday will incur a late fee of $10.00 per day. Service will not be rendered if payment arrangements have not been made by Monday at 2pm.
